So… I took this photo on Thursday:

I have an epic piece planned, it is so clear and perfect in my head, I just need to get it out of my head and onto paper.  So I set myself up, and thought I would share my space for you to show you part of the creative process.  Cuppa ready and pencils sharpened.  You can see my visual diary sitting there has a really rough layout of where I want stuff.  I then set to work and measured my border, marked where things would be etc…

that was my one step forward.

now for pt 2 of this post… Two steps backwards…

i then had to be a responsible adult and attend my day job.  I was away for work for 3 days.  I came home Sunday afternoon and found this…

I don’t know if you can see the pencil, that is me.  What I know you can see is the texta, that is my 3 year old…
